Administrating the construction of the project which includes:

Tendering the various sub-contracts, analyzing the bids and issuing recommendations to the client.

Brief description

The founder, Waldo O'Farrill Gattorno, architect member of the OAQ and Certified Project Manager (PMP) opened the company in 2015 as an architectural and construction services consultant / project manager. He has over 15 years of experience working with architectural firms, general contractors and real estate developers. He has the opportunity to participate in some of the most important projects in the city of Montreal.
